Redishelf.

We are delighted to be able to use this edition of RackIt to announce the addition of a brand new shelving system to our product range. Redishelf, as it will be called, is the new standard for industrial shelving.

Redishelf is a versatile storage solution for a wide range of industrial products. It is a new and totally different type of shelving system. Designed from the outset to be quick and easy to assemble, it is bolt free and exceptionally strong. All components simply slot together to provide a very stable and rigid structure. As Redishelf has no bolts, installation is very straightforward. The system can also be readily modified or extended.

As with all Redirack equipment, Redishelf is an outstanding product. It is produced in Europe’s most advanced, fully automated shelving manufacturing plant. Fabricated from pre-galvanized steel, Redishelf is designed for heavy duty applications and will retain its appearance for many years without maintenance.

A wide range of shelf sizes and accessories is available. These include lockable doors, drawers, bins and shelf dividers. This means that Redishelf can be configured to meet most small parts storage applications. It is also ideal for hand loading and picking systems. Uprights and beams come in a variety of sizes to cater for a wide range of loads. Heights of up to 15 metres are available and individual shelves can accommodate loads of up to 400 kg. Single tier or multi-tier, with suspended walkways, mobile shelving or over-rack platform are just a few examples of this excellent product’s capabilities.

The Redishelf system is designed with the operator in mind. It offers excellent access to all items in storage. Good accessibility means better goods flow and no more searching for stock. This all adds up to improved productivity and flexibility, both key factors in today’s competitive market. As business needs develop, Redishelf’s modular design means that the layout can be easily amended or augmented, to meet rapidly changing market needs.

Special fittings are also available for many diverse applications, such as hanging garment and tyre storage.
