“The entire Redirack team was very professional in the way they approached both the planning and the implementation of the project. They regularly appraised us of the delivery status and took due consideration of all health and safety issues, during installation.” Mark Jones, Landson Ltd
How does Carpet Racking and Textile Racking Work?
Redirack design bespoke Pallet Racking storage for rolls of carpet and flooring as well as textiles for the clothing industry. Created from the frames and beams of our adjustable Pallet Racking system, racks are manufactured sufficiently deep enough to accommodate any length of product you may wish to store. Rolls are usually loaded end-on into the racking system by fork-lift or reach trucks with specifically designed attachments.
We have the manufacturing capabilities to configure racks for any roll length or diameter whilst maximising the available height of your warehouse. Carpet Racking provides a good basis for the design process for many products that are stored on rolls such as textiles and material, vinyl roll, artificial turf, packaging etc.
We will send our Technical Engineers to visit your site, assess your requirements and design a bespoke solution that meets your exact needs.
What are the benefits of purchasing bespoke Carpet Racking or Textile Racking?
Space-saving – Our design team ensures your warehouse storage is tailored to maximise the available floor area as well as the height of your building – whilst maintaining ease for use for staff to load and unload stock.
Health & Safety – With workers dealing with heavy long materials, it’s critical to have a setup where the risks of accidents and building damage are minimised. Redirack have solutions such as installing MDF backstop screens at the rear of racking to stop the carpet from falling.
