Pallet Racking Systems From RediRack
About Our Warehouse Racking Systems
A well-designed system can truly be transformative for your business. Our systems are designed to maximise storage capacity by making use of vacant vertical space. This frees up valuable floor space for your operations, and streamlines your workflows by organising your warehouse and allowing for stronger stock accessibility.
The result is a cost-effective and highly efficient storage solution that doesn’t just maximise storage space, but also enhances the overall productivity of your business.

Types of Systems We Supply
At RediRack, we specialise in a range of racking systems, each engineered to suit different warehouse environments and stock profiles. Our systems optimise the use of vertical space, improve stock accessibility, speed up loading and unloading times, and allow for more organised storage of inventory according to SKU.
This allows you to improve picking efficiency and reduce handling times. A well-designed system, from a reputable manufacturer such as RediRack, also ensures the safety of your stock and workforce.
Our design team works closely with you to identify the most effective configuration for your operations. Here’s the different types of racking we specialise in here at RediRack:
Selective Pallet Racking Systems
Selective systems prioritise pallet accessibility over storage density. These systems allow for direct access to every pallet, providing high levels of selectivity for faster picking and easier stock rotation.
While storage density is lower than in compact racking systems, businesses benefit from faster loading and unloading times, improved access to inventory, better organisation of SKU’s, and the ability to reconfigure their racking layouts as their storage needs change.
Ideal for warehouses which oversee frequent stock handling, selective racking can reduce order fulfilment times, and operations can be streamlined with forklifts. This makes them a practical choice for businesses that value speed and accessibility over sheer storage density.
Adjustable Pallet Racking
Modular in their design, our signature adjustable systems allow you to reconfigure your racking beams and frames as your storage needs change, allowing you to change the entire layout of your system if desired.
This is ideal for businesses who experience seasonal fluctuations or significant SKU growth. It allows you to add new pallet positions without needing to move premises or redesign your whole warehouse.
In short, our adjustable pallet racking grows alongside your business, making them a highly popular choice among fast-developing businesses and those that demand ultimate flexibility.
Wide Aisle Pallet Racking
Wide aisle racking is designed to maximise storage space, whilst also enhancing your workflows. By providing extra space between aisles, forklifts are able to manoeuvre more easily. This speeds up batch and wave picking processes.
This layout also improves workflows by reducing congestion, all while maintaining high storage density per square metre. This makes it ideal for fast-moving warehouses with high stock turnover.
Narrow Aisle Racking
Narrow aisle racking optimises the layout of your warehouse by minimising the widths of aisles. Narrower aisles mean that more pallet racks can be placed within the same area, significantly increasing storage density per square metre.
By reducing aisle widths, you can save up to 40% of your warehouse floor space, freeing up valuable room for other operations. This system is therefore ideal for businesses with limited space.
Very Narrow Aisle Racking
For businesses really looking to make the most of every inch, our Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) racking is the ultimate solution. Offering even narrower aisles than the above solution, VNA racks give you the chance to store stock at much greater heights than with other systems.
It operates with aisle widths of around 1.5–1.6 metres, which can free up to 45% of the floor space. It is therefore the ultimate storage system for businesses that need to maximise storage space, without taking up too much physical footprint.
Compact Warehouse Racking Systems
Compact racking systems are designed to maximise storage density by reducing aisle space and storing pallets closer together. Unlike selective racking, access to individual pallets may require having to move other pallets. However, this trade-off allows businesses to store more stock within the same footprint, making them ideal for warehouses with limited space or with high-volume inventory.
These systems are particularly suited to warehouses where storage capacity and efficient use of floor space are the top priorities. By condensing pallets, compact racking is ideal for bulk warehouse storage, enabling businesses to maintain high stock levels without the need to expand their facility. These systems are a highly cost-effective choice for this reason, saving you from an expensive move away to another premises.
Drive-in Racking
Drive-in racking is designed to maximise warehouse storage by reducing aisles. It allows forklift operators to drive in and access stock on a First In Last Out (FILO) basis.
Whilst this reduces selectivity, it is an exceptional storage solution for warehouses with large amounts of stock, or those with slow stock-rotational requirements, as it allows for excellent storage capacity whilst still saving a lot of space.
Push-back Racking
Push-back racking maximises storage density by storing multiple pallets in deep lanes, typically 2–6 pallets per lane. Operating on a FILO basis, pallets are loaded on sloped carts or rollers, which push existing stock back and move forward via gravity when retrieved.
This system is ideal for bulk non-perishable or chill stores, and it offers greater stock accessibility when compared to drive-in racking, speeding up picking times and reducing handling steps.
Why Choose a RediRack System?
High Strength & load-bearing Capacity: Built from traceable steel, our pallet racks provide a highly robust solution for the safe storage of high volumes of stock or heavy stock.
Space-maximising Solutions: Our systems are designed to make use of every available inch of your facility, both vertical space and floor space, for highly efficient warehouse storage.
Cost-effective solutions: Our space-saving designs also save you from having to expand your physical footprint, and saves on labour costs per pallet moved, as higher throughput means fewer handling steps.
Enhanced Safety & Organisation: By allowing you to store stock in a more efficient manner, you can easily organise your inventory by size, weight, or SKU. This is perfect for streamlining your operations, and ensuring stock remains safe and accessible.
Increased Productivity: Thanks to this better organisation, our racking allows you to streamline your business operations, enabling faster order fulfilment and therefore enhanced profitability.
